لسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته كيفكم اصدقائي ... الحمد لله امتحنتا الزمالة يوم الاثنين الفات والاسئلة كانت واضحة ومباشرة وجمييييييلة جدا .. نتيجتنا يوم 28 مارس دعواتكم وانا اسعد بمشاركتم الامتحان والاسئلة الجات وكل الحاجات المهمة المفترض يغطيها الواحد قبل دخوله الامتحان
وربنا يوفق الجميع وبديت اكتب ملاحظات واتذكر الاسئلة في كل شابتر وحكون على تواصل معاكم من خلال الموقع

Some of questions of past exam march 2013 and important notes for every chapter:
Anatomy
Every day I will wrote the important points in every chapter and some question that I can remember from our exam, let's start with anatomy.
: about 60% of questions from past paper book 1997-2001 and all candidate should read this book very carefully
The most important book is revision notes for MRCOGpart1
Don't confuse your self with a lot of books
Most important structures that you should cover is pelvis in & out especially blood supply and anatomical land mark with related to spinal vertebrae
These some questions from our exam :
• Patient with post partum hage ( I don't remember exact scenario)
,you decide to ligate uterine artery and you do this but the bleeding is still continue ,which of these arteries has important anastmoses with uterine artery that you should ligate next
-internal iliac artery
-external iliac
-ovarian
Other s and idon't remember them
Answer is : ovarian artery , it has important anastmoses with uterine arteries ,and you should ligate it just below ovarian ligament.

• In major laproscopic surgurey doctors draw aline connect the two iliac crest to avoid major artery in which level the crest lie :
-L2
-L4
-T12
And others
Answer is L4

• There was questions about pelvic splanchic nerves , rectum ,bladder ,pelvic portion of ureter …..all was from past papers and revision notes

• What best description for sigmoid colon blood supply and lymph drainage:

The choices was very clear and answer is : blood supply by inferior mesenteric artery and lymph drainage by peri aortic lymph nodes

In general anatomy was very very clear and again friends I remember all of you to focus on past papers 1997-2001
